Pittsbugh-based **Innovation Works** has raised nearly $24 million for its newest fund **Riverfront Ventures**. The pool's LPs include the **Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University**, the **City of Pittsburgh**, the **University of Pittsburgh** and the **Pittsburgh Foundation**.
